1. What Auree is
Auree is an AI-powered wellness, reflection, journaling, and self-awareness platform. Auree is designed to help you notice patterns, check in with yourself, and make sense of what you're experiencing.
2. What Auree is not
- Auree is not a healthcare provider.
- Auree does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Auree does not provide psychotherapy, counseling, clinical care, or mental health treatment.
- Auree does not replace a doctor, therapist, psychiatrist, emergency provider, pharmacist, or any other licensed professional.
- Auree is not an emergency service and cannot respond to crises in real time.
3. AI-generated content
Auree uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, reflections, summaries, and prompts. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, inappropriate for your situation, or simply wrong. You should not rely on Auree for medical, psychological, legal, financial, emergency, or other safety-critical decisions.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and health choices, including how you use information from Auree. Please use your judgment and consult qualified professionals for important matters.
5. Emergencies
In any emergency, including thoughts of self-harm, abuse, or an acute medical situation, call your local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately. In the U.S., call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call 911. Auree may surface crisis-resource information, but does not monitor you in real time and cannot guarantee detection or intervention.
6. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use Auree. Auree is not designed for minors at this time.
7. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use Auree only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Your content
Your check-ins, journal entries, saved moments, and chat messages belong to you. By using Auree, you grant Auree a limited, revocable license to process and store your content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you (for example, generating reflections or AI responses). You can export your data or delete it at any time.
9. Auree Space subscription
Auree Space is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period. Refunds, where applicable, follow the payment processor's policies.
10. No guarantees of outcome
Auree does not promise specific emotional, health, or life outcomes. Auree is a tool for reflection — your experience will vary.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Auree is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auree and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of Auree.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Auree harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the version date above. Continued use of Auree after a change means you accept the updated Terms; material changes may require explicit re-acceptance.
15. Dispute resolution and governing law
Any disputes will be resolved through informal negotiation first, then binding arbitration where permitted. The specific arbitration provider, venue, and governing law will be set out in a separate notice (placeholder pending counsel review).
